Ausha’s marketing team is growing day by day! Victor Boittiaux recently joined the Aushos team. 💜 At 24 years old, Victor juggles two hats: by day, he’s a data analyst on Jennifer Han’s team (CMO of Ausha) and by night, (well, as we’d say these days), he’s an electronic music influencer. 🎧 The proof! His Instagram account has more than 10,500 followers!
What is his job at Ausha? What are his interests in life? If he had any superpowers, what would they be? All these answers and more in his interview!
You can also experience Victor’s first days and weeks at Ausha by listening to the Onboarding podcast episodes about him. From his first encounter with the team to how he goes about his job, he tells you everything in detail.
Music Maestro! 🎤
Hello, hello! I’m 24 years old, and I’ve been working as a data analyst at Ausha since October 2020. Before coming to Ausha, I worked for Altran for a year as a community manager. I also spent four months in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), again, as a community manager. ☀️ 🌴
Before that, I completed my baccalaureate in Economics and Social Science and then went to Orlando, Florida to learn English. Coming back to France, I completed a degree in management at ESDHEM while preparing for the business school exams.
I’m currently a student in the second year of my master’s degree at the “Toulouse Business School” in a work-study program. So this is my last year as a student (and yes, after that, it’s on to a permanent position).
Since October, I’ve been spending half my time at Ausha and the other half at school in Toulouse to finish my master’s in “Artificial Intelligence & Business Analytics“. 🤓
It’s important to understand that the job of data analyst requires a lot of technical skills. Since I only recently entered this specialized master’s program, I first worked on marketing projects before acquiring enough knowledge to start analyzing data.
Beginning in February 2021, I’ll finally be able to start working on more technical projects that are directly related to my training. We have tons of projects, and I can’t wait to get started!
The warm welcome!! I immediately felt like part of the team, and I’m very happy to have joined this great organization. 💜 🚀
I also really appreciated being able to telecommute effectively due to Covid-19. Both from an equipment point of view (my own laptop, keyboard, mouse, etc.) and from a relationship point of view. Of course, there are Slack and Zoom that allow us to constantly be in touch. But beyond professional connections, we also manage to create real relationships through these tools.
Incidentally, I talk about this in the 2nd episode of the Onboarding podcast. Go take a listen to learn more! 😉
As far as interests, I make a lot of electronic music and, in my previous life, I even mixed in clubs. That was a long time ago now…
Other than that (and on a totally different note), I really enjoy golf. 🏌️♂️ I was on France’s junior champion team in 2012. And, like many others (I think!), I also love to eat and travel. 🌎
In the world of electronic music, my name is Hannon. 😎 But right now, I’m mostly just updating my Instagram account @discoveryservice_ which has over 10,500 followers. It’s where I share my musical discoveries. 🎵
My superpower would be being able to fly or teleport myself. Typical answer, but it would be amazing!
5 million!! First of all, I’d share some with my family. Then I’d plan a huge trip with my friends. And finally, I’d invest the rest and let it grow. But that amount wouldn’t really change my life that much. 5 million isn’t like 220 million…lol 😉
Follow Victor’s onboarding journey at Ausha. Every week for two months, he’ll tell you all about his assimilation into his new position in the Onboarding podcast. Eight episodes of approximately four minutes each that take you behind the scenes at Ausha.
