Franck, Chief Product Officer at Ausha

Franck is also one of the funniest people on the team. 😀 Unfortunately, his arrival in mid-December didn’t allow us to discover his incredible talent during the annual ICREO Christmas calendar…🎅 But one thing’s for sure, when it comes to talent, Frank has plenty… Starting with his classic shaving technique. Yes, sir! 🧐 🥸

Learn more about Franck’s professional background and his responsibilities at Ausha in this article, and (re)read the bios of Victor, Data Analyst and Éloise, our wonderful Community Builder on the Ausha blog. You can also hear about the arrivals of our most recent team members in the Ausha Onboarding podcast.

Happy reading! 📖

Hello Franck! Can you tell us a little more about your professional background?

I spent the first three years of my career as a consultant at CGI. After that, I decided to start my own business, Brightzone, SaaS editor of a Digital Asset Management solution. 💻 This wonderful adventure lasted six years, during which I had the chance to work with many great companies such as Longchamp, Chanel, Club Med and Givenchy

I then joined Digimind to take responsibility for their Social Media Listening software 👂 as Head of Product, and I’m now CPO at Ausha! 💜

What exactly do you do at Ausha?

As CPO, I’ve been leading the product division at Ausha since joining them in December 2020. I’m responsible for the vision, the strategy and the definition of our product roadmap. 🚀

So a good portion of my time is allocated to talking to our users and analyzing the impact of our new features. The other part of my job consists of ensuring that the features we develop are as amazing, attractive and useful as possible.

What did you like most upon your arrival at Ausha?

I really appreciated the thorough onboarding process from start to finish. It allows us to get to know all the teams and to acclimate to our roles as easily as possible. I was also impressed by the company values and the goodwill of everyone who works at Ausha.

And on a more practical note, I was very energized by Ausha’s ambitions which seem limitless. 😀

What are some of your other interests?

I’m a very curious person, so I rotate in and out of various interests. The most enduring ones are fitness 🏃‍♀🏃 and cigars🚬 , and my most recent is classic shaving 🥸 (Yes, I must be the only one in France to have this interest!)

If you won five million dollars in the lottery, what would you do with it?

I’d have a pool of Fanta and a tower of KFC chicken drumsticks. 😀

Would you like to join the Ausha team? We always have great job openings. Check out our Welcome To The Jungle page and feel free to contact us!
