In 2020, we joined the “One in Three Women” network, which raises awareness and fights against violence towards women. More recently, in March 2023, we became the official partner of the “Women and Podcasts” network, the first French influence network dedicated to professional women in podcasting.
These commitments highlight our belief that every voice matters and deserves to be heard, especially those of women and feminist causes.
This distinction is all the more significant as, according to statistics, only 30% of podcasters in the US are actually women. Supporting and amplifying the voices of women is an ongoing battle for us.
With a score of 99/100 for gender equality within our company, we are proud to provide an inclusive and egalitarian environment for all our employees.
We are also particularly proud of the presence of women in key roles within our startup. By highlighting them, we help break stereotypes and encourage their professional growth.
In addition to this recognition, we are also honored to be listed among the “Best Workplaces for Tech.” This award underscores our ambition to provide an environment where tech professionals can thrive and reach their full potential.
