How to Pick the Best Podcast Coach for You
Like we said at the beginning of this blog post, the best podcast coach for you is whoever is the best fit for your specific situation and personality. So think about what exactly you need before you start to reach out to potential coaches. π
What exactly do you want to get better at? What are you already a professional at?
Do you need help with the more technical production aspects of podcasts or the broader life aspects like improving your team leadership skills?
Do you need one-on-one help or are you happy to just listen and participate in small group session?
Many of the folks who provide podcast coaching have podcasts themselves, so take a listen to an episode or two before you reach out. That way you can start to get an idea if you could work well with them or not. π
Prepare a list of questions you want to ask. Make sure they all get answered clearly during your initial conversation. It is great that all these coaches are leaders in their field, but it is important that they can explain things to you clearly.
And today, like everyday, enjoy the podcast journey! π
